Hello, my name is Dana

I moved to Portugal a few years ago, and here, in the heart of this diverse and warm community, I opened the business I dreamed of: street food for markets and festivals, as well as catering services for small or large events

For me, food is much more than just sustenance
Having grown up in a culture where food was the most important social element, food for me is a language of love, giving, and sharing. It’s a way to preserve ancient traditions, connect people, bring joy, and create meaningful shared moments.

My greatest passion has always been to feed people, play with flavors, and create unique culinary experiences
I find immense satisfaction in seeing the joy in people's eyes when I serve them food

Part of the magic in my work is exploring different cuisines and enriching my knowledge and skills to bring a variety of exciting flavors to the table. Growing up in the Middle East in a multicultural home with a mother who was a cook, and through my many travels around the world, I was exposed to numerous culinary influences that have inspired me greatly and shaped my culinary approach into what it is today—colorful, diverse, and full of depth.

 

As a business, I emphasize the combination of traditional food that reflects my roots with local and innovative flavors

In my culinary practice, I make it a point to use local products that are as fresh and natural as possible
I feel a deep commitment to nourishing people with good, quality food, as well as to supporting the local community and private growers, giving back to the amazing community I live in, and contributing to regional economic development
The choice of fresh, seasonal ingredients allows me to create more diverse dishes that nourish the body and align with nature
